Where it all began

We have always loved travelling and when we both retired in November 2018 we planned a big trip to New Zealand and Australia. Our kids suggested that a travel blog would be a great way to share our adventure with friends and family and so the Geoff and Hil''s Travel Adventure blog was born. We found that it was also a great way to to record details of the journey that we would otherwise forget and reading back over the blog as we manage this transfer has been a great way of re-living our travels at a time when travelling is difficult.

We will load the old blog in chronological order, which may take a little time, but let's hope we're finished before the world opens up for travel again!!
